My AC quit working and my home warranty service contacted 100% Guarantee Heating and AC Service to detect the problem. An appointment was promptly setup and their technician diagnosed the problem expertly. The repair was made in a timely manner and my AC works perfectly now. I am very pleased and highly recommend this company.

I've used A 100% several times now, for projects big and small. They are very responsive and do excellent work for a reasonable price.

We have Bryant Heat Pump. It was failing and displaying need for technical service. I called Richards Airtech, installer of the unit. Technician came, opened its cover, checked its circuit board and reset its switches and charged $150 for a work that lasted about 40 minutes. The unit failed again that night. This time after doing some research on-line I called @ A 100% Guaranteed Heating & AC. Owner arrived promptly checked the unit, fuse nearby, circuit brake, etc. for almost an hour. He determined that the fuse nearby the unit was for 60 amps yet the circuit brake was old and rated 50 amps. He also measured on rush current and found it to be 119 amp. Upon checking wire connectors at the circuit brake he found remnants of arching. He came next day with a new circuit brake rated for 60 amps yet, cleaned wire connectors and installed new circuit brake. The unit is functioning properly. For two hours of labor plus new circuit brake he charged $239.74 which is very reasonable. He is very thorough and experienced. I hight recommend his services. Akin Orhun

Evan and his team were great. I had done HVAC replacement and the ducts could finally be done. However, there were some hiccups with painting fixtures, vents and delivery. Who was going to do what. I was pleased with how it turned out. Communication could be improved. I also was a bit Leary of the 3rd party vendors that complete the inspections. There was a lot of information as to the necessity of this. Maybe a law passed that I was unaware of and believe this piece needs to be more clear.

When I was shopping around for contractors to help me with a new HVAC, Evan with A100% was the only one that would replace the recommended copper pipping that connects to the furnace/condenser. The other contractors are just going to flush the pipes and use the old smaller existing pipes that might not be suitable for the new HVAC system. They also did a great job in updating my old ducts, I have very little air loss. And many thanks to Catriena for helping me with the financing and the application for the inflation reduction act rebates. I would not have been able to do this without that. After another company no call no showed on us in 100 degree weather, with our AC not working, Evan came out after hours diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was at our house well into the night making sure our system was back up and running, without his dedication to it I don't think we would have been able to sleep that night as our house was over 80 degrees at 1030 when we were able to get the unit going again. Truly an outstanding company! I had forgotten to have my HVAC system checked for a couple of years after our last repair. They reached out recently to check on how things were going, very friendly and no sales pitch! I realized how long it had been since I last spoke to them and I couldn’t believe how long their last repair held up on such an old system! When I mentioned this, the office lady asked if we had been getting the annual maintenance done over the last few years. Since we had been putting it off over and over- i figured the best time would be now. I’m glad I don’t have that nagging at me randomly in the back of my head anymore. The technician was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After he finished he answered all my questions and updated us on the things that caught his eye. I know the system will need to be replaced soon (it’s OLD!) but after he did the tune up, I’ve felt a huge difference in the house and he gave me some tips on how to keep it that way. At least I won’t slack on having it serviced again since I pay monthly and they will be reaching out to me instead. I totally worth it!

I would like to commend Evan and his company, "A 100% guarantee Heating and air ", for an A+ experience from start to finish. When calling to schedule service, Catriena was super understanding of our problem and was willing to send out someone that very day. The service tech, was extremely personable and incredibly knowledgable. He not only diagnosed the problem but took the time to show and explain everything to us. Unfortunately, because of its age, we needed to replace our unit. At that point, Evan, the owner, stepped in with options and pricing for a full replacement . There was no pressure, just good pricing, and energy saving quality equipment. Catriena researched ever available rebate and discounts. I was concerned about them coming out to do the tune-up when it was still chilly weather. They let me know that they wouldn't come out to do that AC tune up until the weather warmed up.
