Gas Furnace Replacement
Finding the ideal furnace goes beyond choosing a recognizable brand. In fact, it’s possible to choose the highest rated product among gas or electric furnaces and still miss the mark. That’s why it’s essential to examine system efficiency, capacity, and other critical product elements. Below, you will find additional information about both of these details.
However, feel free to contact our knowledgeable technicians at A 100% Guarantee Heating and AC if you still have questions about finding your best replacement furnace!
Energy Efficiency
The HVAC industry used quite a few terms when measuring efficiency. AFUE (annual fuel utilization efficiency) rating refers to the percentage of fuel consumed as it passes through the furnace. If fifteen percent of the natural gas survives combustion to be vented out through the chimney, the furnace is 85 percent efficient.
Gas furnaces considered highly-efficient score at 90 percent or above. Middle-range efficiency scores between 80 and 89 percent. Any devices scoring below 80 percent is generally considered to have low ranking efficiency. Not every family or business requires a high-level efficiency furnace, but better efficiency can provide impressive savings over the course of a unit’s lifetime. If you’d like more information about selecting a product that fits your efficiency needs, consult with one of our knowledgeable technicians at 707-689-5128!
Heating Capacity
Heating Output Capacity
As you can imagine, differences in size create a wide range of heating capacity between gas furnaces. Just as with AC units, too much capacity leads to wasted energy, while too little denies homeowners (and businesses) from effective heating. What many people fail to consider is how efficiency levels affect the overall heating output of your furnace. This leads many homeowners into buying systems that seemingly match their needs, but actually skew too high or too low.
Again, a trained HVAC technician will be able to account for efficiency and other pertinent factors inside your home. They’ll gladly help direct you towards the best size, efficiency, and even brand(s) for your home or business’ needs! Be sure to talk with one of our experts for additional details about our Vacaville, CA gas furnace repair and replacement services.

Truly an outstanding company!
I had forgotten to have my HVAC system checked for a couple of years after our last repair. They reached out recently to check on how things were going, very friendly and no sales pitch! I realized how long it had been since I last spoke to them and I couldn’t believe how long their last repair held up on such an old system!
When I mentioned this, the office lady asked if we had been getting the annual maintenance done over the last few years. Since we had been putting it off over and over- i figured the best time would be now. I’m glad I don’t have that nagging at me randomly in the back of my head anymore.
The technician was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After he finished he answered all my questions and updated us on the things that caught his eye.
I know the system will need to be replaced soon (it’s OLD!) but after he did the tune up, I’ve felt a huge difference in the house and he gave me some tips on how to keep it that way.
At least I won’t slack on having it serviced again since I pay monthly and they will be reaching out to me instead. I totally worth it!
