Truly an outstanding company!
I had forgotten to have my HVAC system checked for a couple of years after our last repair. They reached out recently to check on how things were going, very friendly and no sales pitch! I realized how long it had been since I last spoke to them and I couldn’t believe how long their last repair held up on such an old system!
When I mentioned this, the office lady asked if we had been getting the annual maintenance done over the last few years. Since we had been putting it off over and over- i figured the best time would be now. I’m glad I don’t have that nagging at me randomly in the back of my head anymore.
The technician was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. After he finished he answered all my questions and updated us on the things that caught his eye.
I know the system will need to be replaced soon (it’s OLD!) but after he did the tune up, I’ve felt a huge difference in the house and he gave me some tips on how to keep it that way.
At least I won’t slack on having it serviced again since I pay monthly and they will be reaching out to me instead. I totally worth it!
